Security
- When using ATMs, do not request help from anyone and do not leave the ATM.
- Do not forget to take your card from the ATM after completing your transaction.
- Immediately inform the bank when you encounter a suspicious situation at the ATM (for instance, if you see a specifically placed device) you are making transactions.
- Do not include easy-to-guess information in your password such as consecutive numbers, phone numbers, card numbers and birth dates.
- Enter your password in a way that is not visible to people around you. Do not share your password with anyone including our employees.
- Please remember that the responsibility for your card password belongs solely to you.
- In case of a stolen or missing card, call our Communication Center at 444 4 988 and cancel your card.
