As Hayat Holding, operating since 1937, we maintain our presence in different industries such as port management sector, fast-moving consumer goods sector, and wood-based panel sector. Within our organization, we have many valuable companies such as Hayat, Limaş, and Kastamonu Entegre. We employ over 20,000 people across a total of 67 companies.

We operate not only in Türkiye but also in 17 different countries with our 49 brands. Driven by the vision of globalization, we are expanding our reach to the world and working tirelessly. We leverage advanced technologies to provide benefits not only for our country but also for the entire world.
As Hayat Holding with a vision for globalization and an understanding of sustainable growth, we decided to invest in the financial industry. While doing this, with the aim of keeping up with the digital age we established Hayat Finans Participation Bank, the first digital bank of Türkiye, with a capital of 1,500,000,000 TL.

As the first digital bank in our country, we aim to offer our services through Hayat Finans Mobile application and Internet Banking with our top-tier technological infrastructure and quality service view. Our core activities include Private Banking Services, Commercial Banking and SME Banking, Retail Banking, Investment Banking, and Treasury Transactions. Additionally, we will also introduce our customers to next-generation banking services.

Our aim is to make significant technological investment moves and undertake projects that will shape digital banking, as well as achieve high customer satisfaction.

We obtained our operating permission from Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency on March 23, 2023. We started offering cost-free services to you through Hayat Finans Mobile Application and Internet Banking.
