Card

You can use ATMs in domestic for transactions such as withdrawing money, depositing money, or for balance inquiry purposes, and withdraw money from ATMs abroad and perform all your transactions 24/7. You can use İşbank ATMs for transactions such as depositing/withdrawing money and for balance inquiry purposes free of charge.

You can manage the restrictions and permissions of your card on your Hayat Finans Mobile application. For example, you can limit the types of transactions that you do not want to proceed with your card. Additionally, you can increase or decrease your card limits within the specified lower/upper limits through your Hayat Finans Mobile application for your daily usage.

You can use the 'Temporary Block' feature through the mobile application to temporarily disable your card when you do not want transactions to be made from your card. You can re-enable your card for use when needed.

You can use ATMs in domestic for transactions such as withdrawing money, depositing money, or for balance inquiry purposes, and withdraw money from ATMs abroad and perform all your transactions 24/7.

You can use your card for purchases to be made in domestic or abroad. For card transactions, MCCs (Merchant Category Code) defined in POS terminals must comply with participation banking criteria.

Usage Abroad

To be able to perform transactions on ATMs abroad, you need to prefer ATMs with Mastercard/Maestro/Cirrus logos on them.

You can make transactions in foreign currency via POS terminals and ATMs. Transactions you made are converted to TL and collected from your main TL account.

Contactless Payment

Hayat Finans Bank Card has Contactless Payment feature. You can make all your transactions with the Contactless Payment feature without having to enter your password up to 1.500 TL.

For payments above 1.500 TL, after starting the process as contactless, you can proceed with entering your password. 

You can view all contactless transactions on the Hayat Finans Mobile application immediately after completing the transaction.

You can create a virtual card linked to your Hayat Finans Bank card for online shopping.

You can securely use your Hayat Finans Bank Card or Virtual Card on websites with 3D Secure and GO (Güvenli Öde) infrastructure.
